Product orders must be canceled within 24 hours or shipped back in brand new, unused condition to be considered for a full refund. Products will be inspected to make sure they are sent back exactly as they arrived before a full refund is granted. Product returns must be sent back within 1 week of the delivery date and buyer assumes full responsibility of the cost to ship any orders back to Pack Leader Dog Toys, LLC. Buyer agrees they are consenting to this policy by making a purchase from Pack Leader Dog Toys, LLC. Pack Leader Dog Toys, LLC inspects all toys and guarantees buyer that toys will arrive in perfect, unused condition without containing any product defects.Â
