About the Founder: 
Josh Gittelman is the CEO/Founder of Pack Leader Dog Toys. At 27 years-old, he has grown up with several dogs in the house ever since he was a child. He remembers all of his family dogs destroying every single plush toy purchased for them. Rubber and hard plastic toys were the only toys they could have, however, these types of toys were not able to provide much of an interactive experience between Josh and his pets. Additionally, his family dogs tended to get bored of these toys after a short period of time, which defeated the purpose of them being durable. Josh and his wife's current dog, Icee, is a 72 pound pit bull and is ironically the biggest toy destroyer he has dealt with yet. Thank goodness for Pack Leader Dog Toys!

 About the Company:

Founded in 2021, Pack Leader Dog Toys designs, coordinates the manufacturing of, and supplies the most indestructible plush dog toys on the market which are created using a newly discovered patent pending formula. We strictly make plush toys because they are inherently the most engaging type of chew toy. When chewed and squeaked, plush toys are able to activate similar prey drive instincts that many dogs experience when they hunt and chase down smaller animals in the wild such as squirrels, rabbits, birds, etc.

There are several brands of plush toys that claim to be indestructible, however, Josh Gittelman himself and thousands of pet owners he has spoken to on this matter can attest to the fact they can’t find a single plush dog toy that can survive longer than a few minutes without being completely destroyed. This is of course besides Pack Leader Dog Toys. 

Josh Gittelman started Pack Leader Dog Toys nearly 3 years ago by renting an industrial sewing machine to start making the prototypes himself. He then gave the finished products to several dog owners for free in exchange for feedback regarding the durability and how much the toys were able to keep their dogs engaged. 

From trial and error, combined with several years of research in materials science for this project, he was able to find the perfect combination between the materials being used and product design to maximize the durability of Pack Leader Dog Toys. The product line that you now see, is made with the same materials that go into military uniforms and bulletproof/stab proof vests. The thread that secures Pack Leader Dog Toys together around their most vulnerable points is also made with these materials which are 15 times stronger than steel. Pack Leader Dog Toys are all made in the USA by our manufacturing partner that also supplies the military with equipment, so pet owners can be sure they are getting the most durable and high quality plush dog toys possible.
